Time for the porcini to pop out and there has been some really big one in the market. Here is what I got with some nipitella to go with it.
I wanted to cook this porcini and put it on something light. I grilled the tops and cooked the rest with some butter, garlic, S&P, and niptella. I have gone with this recipe for Flourless Crepes by Heather Eats Almond Butter Blog to serve it on. It is simple and easy.
